Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy

At Alexander & Company, every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure accuracy and quality. As a small business, our fulfillment process is handled by a single team member, so we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders are packed in the order they are received.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships or is ready for pickup.

During holidays or high-volume periods processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup orders are also processed Monday–Friday and in the order received.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please do not come to pick up your order until you have received the “Ready for Pickup” email. Orders are not packed immediately upon being placed, and same-day pickup is not guaranteed.

Weekend Pickup

Weekend pickup is available for orders that are marked “Ready for Pickup” before the weekend. Orders placed late in the week or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day and will be ready after you receive your confirmation email.


Important Notes

  • Selecting in-store pickup does not move your order ahead of others in the queue.

  • If there are orders ahead of yours, additional processing time may be required.
