Exchange Policy
We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience with us online and in person at our brick-and-mortar store. Please review our store policies for merchandise exchanges.
Online Purchases
We will accept merchandise returned in exchange for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging with tags attached. Seasonal inventory is not returnable within seven days of that holiday. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code to initiate a credit. Please obtain your RMA code by contacting us at: returns@alexandercoshop@gmail.com. Items must be postmarked back to us within five days of receiving your Return Authorization Code. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs.
Please include a copy of your invoice with items highlighting the items you are returning for store credit. The value of your credit (your original purchase price excluding shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee) will be credited to your online account within five days from receipt.
In Store Purchases
We offer exchanges or store credit with a receipt within ten business days of purchase. All items must have original tags attached, with no signs of wear or use. Seasonal and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
