Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alexander & Company! We are a small, family-run business, and we truly appreciate every order placed with us.

Order Processing

During our busy season, please allow up to 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends, holidays, or posted business closures.

Our processing timeframe begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Social media messages and comments are not monitored for customer service inquiries. Please contact us by phone or email for assistance with an existing order.

Please do not call our storefront regarding the status of an online or live sale order. Our storefront employees do not process or fulfill these orders and do not have access to order status or shipping information.

Shipping & Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

Alexander & Company is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other shipping delays that occur after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during our busy season and thank you for supporting our small family-run business!

Please note that Standard Rate of $15 is only available for orders within the 48 contiguous Unites States. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO boxes and all other International destinations please email for quotes.
